Hand Sanitizer

1/2 cup of grain alcohol or 100 proof Vodka (whichever is least expensive)
1/2 cup of aloe Vera gel
20 drops of fragrance oil (optional)


combine ingredients and mix well. Store in pump bottles.
Indefinite shelf life.

Makes 8 ounces

Sweet Dreams Massage Oil

10 teaspoons of grape seed oil
15 drops of lavender essential oil
5 drops of clary sage essential oil

Blend oils well.
Warm oil before applying to skin.

Romance Massage Oil

1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of hazelnut oil
10 drops of cinnamon oil
10 drops of orange oil
20 drops of ylang ylang oil

Mix oil well. Store in a sterile glass container. Keep away from heat and direct light.

Basic Bath Powder

1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of rice flour
1/2 teaspoon of essential choice

Place cornstarch and rice flour in blender. Add essential oil and mix well. Pour into sterile container.

Will make approximately 16 ounces.

Lavender Milk Bath

1 cup of powdered milk
5 drops of lavender oil

Mix well and add to bath
